Description:
A “leg quarter” is produced by cutting a back-half along the center of the backbone into two approximately equal parts. The leg quarter consists of an intact part that includes the drumstick, thigh with the adjoining back, abdominal fat, and tail.

Packaging:
All our chicken products have been frozen and vacuum-sealed to uphold the fantastic flavor we have poured our time and energy into producing. The use of commercial freezing ensures the product’s safety in your freezer. Properly defrosted, this chicken is comparable to fresh chicken.
